By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
To use JustShare, you must be 18 years or older or of legal age in your jurisdiction. By agreeing to these Terms, you affirm that you meet this eligibility requirement. We do not knowingly allow use of our Services by persons under 18.
You retain ownership of all files, materials, or content (“Content”) you create, upload, store, transmit, or share via the Services. However, you are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, sharing, protection, and consequences related to your Content.

You grant JustShare a limited, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, host, scan, store, reproduce, modify (e.g., for formatting or preview), communicate, display, distribute, and create derivative works from your Content as necessary to operate, improve, or provide the Services. This license continues even after you stop using the Services to the extent necessary to maintain system backups or legal compliance.
We do not offer public search or indexing of user files or Content.

All intellectual property rights related to our Services, including design, software, branding, and proprietary technology, are owned by JustShare or our licensors. You are not permitted to copy, reverse engineer, resell, or distribute any part of the Services unless explicitly authorized.
JustShare is not liable for third-party content, links, or services accessed through our platform. External use is at your own risk.
We collect and process your data in accordance with our Privacy & Cookie Policy. This includes using cookies and similar technologies for authentication, analytics, advertising, and functionality. We comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) in South Africa and support international data protection standards.

JustShare provides Services “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that our Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fully secure. We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Any dispute arising under these Terms or related to the Services will first be subject to informal resolution. Should that fail, disputes will be resolved through arbitration in South Africa under the rules of the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa (AFSA), unless otherwise required by international arbitration protocols.
International users agree that where South African jurisdiction does not apply, arbitration will occur under the UNCITRAL or ICC rules, and the seat of arbitration shall be agreed between parties.
You waive the right to class action proceedings. Claims must be brought in your individual capacity.

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Where international arbitration is applicable, arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the applicable international rules.
